PAYMENT AND RETURNS
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to us here along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you, let you know about its status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you.
Feel free to contact us if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.
If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases, the wrong size is selected by our customers when they placed the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case. We support the exchange of your shirt if it is 1 size below or above the ordered shirt. You’ll only have to pay for the shipping fee.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
The orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Yes, we do ship worldwide!
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 days processing period followed by shipping period:
– United States: 3~6 business days.
– United Kingdom & Canada: 6-9 business days.
– International: 9~13 business day.
In total, it can take anywhere from ~2 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email us with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
An email with the Tracking number, together with a link to track the shipping progress, will be sent to you when we begin the shipping. You can use it to check regularly if wish to.
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
We currently accept both Paypal and Credit Card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us and we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
